A few days away, with your schedule not entirely planned out for you. During the ‘On the Road with Gerardushoeve’ trip, three different dining experiences have been arranged. For the days in between, you’ll be given our own itineraries, favourite places and tips. You can choose for yourself what you fancy doing each day.

You’ll get a taste of both sides of Gerardushoeve, be introduced to our Limburg house sparkling wine and visit Domein Holset for a tasting. You decide when to go to Holset and when to join us for a drink.

Included

• Four, five or six nights’ accommodation, with the Gerardus breakfast served every morning
• A three-course seasonal menu at the Panorama Restaurant, including a shuttle service
• A three-course dinner at Gerardus Gastrobar
• A Lakenvelder burger or a Limburg regional speciality at Gerardus Gastrobar
• A glass of NoVo Brut per person, at a time of your choosing
• A snack platter, tailored to the number of guests, at a time of your choosing
• A glass of house wine or Gulpener speciality beer per person
• A wine tasting at Domein Holset
• The Gerardus map featuring our routes, favourite spots and a city walk through Maastricht

Four nights: arrival on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Five or six nights: arrival on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. Available from 1 October 2026 to 22 March 2027 inclusive. Not available from 1 to 13 November inclusive and during our closing days. A new seasonal package will follow. Visits to Domein Holset are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Bookable in all room types except the junior suites, subject to availability and at the same package price. Excludes €3 tourist tax per person per night and other consumptions. Bookings must be made directly with us.
